" बाबा ने कहा "श्रद्धा रख सब्र से काम ले अल्लाह भला करेगा." ये विशवास और आश्वासन हमेशा से भक्तो के लिए एक उजाले की किरण बनता रहा है. धुपखेडा गाँव के चाँद पाटिल से लेकर आज तक जिसने भी अपने मन में ये श्रीसाईं के इन दो शब्दों को बसा लिया उसका पूरी दुनिया तो क्या स्वयं प्रारब्ध या कहें की 'होनी' भी कुछ नहीं बिगाड़ सकती. सिर्फ एक अटल विश्वाश और अडिग यकीन आपको सारी मुसीबतों और तकलीफों के पार ले जा सकता है|

बहुत से भक्तो को बाबा की श्रद्धा-सबूरी का मतलब आज भी स्पष्ट नहीं है. वास्तव में बाबा ने कहा था कि अपने ईष्ट, अपने गुरु, अपने मालिक पर श्रद्धा रखो. ये विश्वास रखो कि भवसागर को पार अगर कोई करा सकता है तो वो आपका ईष्ट, गुरु, और मालिक है. अपने मालिक की बातों को ध्यान से सुनो और उनका अक्षरक्ष पालन करो. बाबा को पता था कि केवल किसी पर विश्वास रखना ही काफी नहीं है. विश्वास की डूबती-उतरती नाव का कोई भरोसा नहीं है इसीलिए बाबा ने इस पर सबूरी का लंगर डाल दिया था. किसी पर विश्वास करना है और इस हद तक करना है कि कोई उस विश्वास को डिगा ना सके चाहे कितने ही साल और जनम लगें. जैसा कि पहले हमने बताया दुःख दूर होना है और होगा मगर उस समय तक पहुँचने के लिए एक सहारा चाहिए और वो सहारा है
